The MLS Innovator Network is an exclusive group of MLS & Association Executives who meet monthly to discuss the latest technology trends and hear pitches from two well-vetted PropTech companies. On March 20, 2024, the Network heard pitches from two incredible PropTech companies: Showami and RPR.

 

Company #1: Showami

Showami led by father-son duo, Matthew and Josh Kuchar, presented how Showami is becoming the first choice for busy agents to easily show properties to their buyers when they are not available. Showami has processed thousands of completed showings on its platform and has an incredible showing acceptance rate of 97%, making it the most reliable platform for agents to find a showing agent when they need a helping hand.

Real Grader, presented by Alex Montalenti, is providing digital business card solutions that help real estate professionals to connect with potential clients as well as maximize their online presence and reputation. In addition to creating beautiful digital business cards for real estate professionals, Real Grader also helps their users optimize their presence across eight key sites to help them gain more reach to potential clients.
