Joe serves as the host of the International MLS Forum and has accumulated an extensive global network of industry connections. He has held senior positions at NAR, Compass, and RESAAS, and has developed strategic partnerships worldwide, working on special international projects, advancing training programs, and collaborating with over 70 REALTOR® Associations to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into their markets.

Bill has emerged as one of the industry’s most respected and sought-after advisors on MLS business development, strategic initiatives, and technology go-to-market strategies. He brings 23 years of experience in real estate technology, from MLS platform providers to syndicators to national brokerages. Frequently a conference panelist, Bill is deeply involved with both the foundational data providers, policy-makers, and the powerful community of executives that run real estate in North America.

As the Founder and CEO of Modern.tech, Andrew brings over a decade of industry experience with proven track record of success in both real estate and technology. He has served on the board of or as the CEO of multiple organizations, and serves as a trusted advisor to MLS and PropTech executives, working with them to develop and refine executive and growth strategies. Andrew regularly speaks at real estate conferences and as a panelist and is highly proficient across multiple competencies in digital technology, real estate data, global expansion, and MLS governance.
Chief Operating Officer
With nearly two decades of experience in the software industry, Meagan’s expertise includes strategic planning, operational efficiency, growth initiatives, and complex problem-solving. Prior to joining Modern.tech, Meagan’s most significant accomplishment was co-founding and serving as COO at Enroute Systems, a SaaS shipping platform. She was awarded a patent on utilizing historical data analytics to create business rules to determine how to ship packages—a key factor in Enroute's acquisition by Pitney Bowes in 2016. Meagan leads with thoughtfulness, utilizing both her experience and tenacity to lead companies to success.

Ed Coca is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Clemson University and a Master's in Robotics from the University of North Dakota. With leadership roles at global data storage giants like Micron, Seagate, and Hitachi GSS, Ed is renowned for driving innovation and overcoming challenges. His expertise spans industries from robotics to real estate, showcasing adaptability and strategic acumen. In his role at Modern.tech, Ed leverages his visionary leadership to shape the company's trajectory and drive customer-focused product development.

Manny is the Chief Financial Officer at Modern.Tech. His primary strengths are designing and implementing financial models, digital technology transformation, and reliably bringing innovative products to market. Beyond pursuing profits and expansion, his commitment to social impact is evident in his work with nonprofits. He is Vice Chair of the board at Laradon Hall and is active in the Denver non-profit community. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He will graduate from Brown University with a Master of Science in Technology Leadership in 2025.

With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, Chris discovered his passion for sales early on, driven by his innate ability to connect with people. With six years of dedicated experience in the PropTech and real estate sectors, Chris has solidified his position as a dynamic force in the industry.
